Older Lady, No Pain

Who says pain is a normal part of aging? 65 years old and feeling great!

Who says pain is a normal part of aging? 65 years old and feeling great!

This story is very near and dear to my heart!

Why you ask?

Because this is my mom.

At 65 years young, she’s able to continue living on her own, fully independent, taking no medication, and having no pain.

How many older folks can say that? Oftentimes you’ll hear about sore knees, sore back, pain medication, surgeries, rehab, or even assisted living.

For her though, she’s able to do everything she wants to do, play with her grandchild, go on trips, and enjoy her life!

Does it happen by accident? No way! She’s in the office religiously every Tuesday morning for her chiropractic adjustment.

Why would she do this if she didn’t have pain? Because she knows that anything you value in your life must be maintained, and your health and spine are no different.

Now you may be saying, “well that’s great, but I already have pain or health problems…I may be too far gone”

Well the good news is that it’s never too late to make positive change, AND your body is always looking for ways to heal and create greater health if you give it the opportunity.

Just like it’s possible to restore an old house or revive an old friendship, it’s possible to take steps RIGHT NOW that allow you to enjoy the only body you’re ever going to have.

If you want to have a conversation about what it can take in your case to get your health and your life back, get in touch with me. Amazing things can happen with consistent action and a clear direction. Let me help you on that path.
