What to Expect.
The best results always come from a team effort. When you combine top notch care with personalized lifestyle recommendations, you always get the best outcomes. Before your visit, you'll download and fill out your health history form. This gives the majority of the baseline information we need to begin. On the day of your visit, you bring your health history form along with your Manitoba Health Card to your initial consultation. At that visit, we'll take the time to fully discuss:
• Your current challenges
• Your desired results
• Your overall goals for your health and your life
• Any care or treatment that worked or didn't work in your past
• Your current lifestyle, work, and recreation
• How to best tailor your solution to your unique situation
If we agree to move on to the next phase, we'll start your comprehensive bio-structural exam including:
• Posture assessment
• Range of motion checks
• Orthopedic tests
• Neurological tests
• Spinal analysis
• Any special studies or imaging (if needed)
At that point, we'll be done for the day. That’s when I go to work analyzing all the information we gathered to create a 100% custom-tailored plan for your health and recovery.
On your next visit, we'll go over your 100% personalized recommendations, made just for you. We’ll also discuss any concerns or roadblocks you can see that could stop you from seeing the results you want AND making the changes to keep the gains you’ve made. Many clients have said that has made the biggest difference in the confidence and certainty they feel in their lives after working with me.
If the recommendations look good to you and you want to move forward, we'll get started right away with your first adjustment and exercise recommendations.

Along the way, we’ll have regular progress checks to see how you’re progressing and what changes need to be made to perfectly support you as you get better and stronger. Plus, we’ll likely have to revisit your initial goals and expand on them as you realize you can do far more than you originally thought possible.
